Gallagher is hiring a Senior Business Analyst for its Digital Business Technology Portfolio Management Office. The role leads discovery, requirements elicitation, process analysis, solution design, stakeholder workshops, and support through testing, implementation, and adoption across a diverse portfolio of initiatives. It also involves coaching and mentoring Business Analysts and influencing business and technology stakeholders. The position requires at least five years of Senior Business Analyst experience, including coaching or mentoring, along with strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and project-lifecycle skills; a tertiary qualification and relevant BA certification or tool experience are preferred.
