ELCA Advisory is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to support clients with digitalization strategies, IT projects, and digital transformation initiatives in Bern and Zürich. The role leads business analysis from needs assessment through solution design and implementation, including stakeholder engagement, workshops, requirements elicitation and prioritization, agile user stories, system testing, risk identification, recommendations, and project administration. Candidates need a university degree in IT, business administration, or equivalent experience, at least five years of business analysis or management consulting experience, strong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills, and proficiency in German and English. The position offers a hybrid arrangement with two home-office days per week and benefits including company-supported Zurich insurance coverage.
