Description
The Senior Business Analyst leads requirements and analysis for IT program delivery, including eliciting and documenting complex business and regulatory needs, translating them into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, modeling processes and data flows, managing backlog refinement, supporting UAT, and mentoring junior analysts. The role requires at least seven years of business analysis experience, strong communication and modeling skills, Agile delivery experience, a U.S. Government clearance, and a hybrid schedule in Reston, Virginia and client locations in the Washington, D.C. area. The salary is $125,000-$135,000 based on pertinent experience.
