LendingTree is hiring a Senior Business Analyst in Charlotte, North Carolina, on a hybrid schedule with Tuesday–Thursday in the office and Monday and Friday remote. The role focuses on turning complex data into actionable insights, monitoring business performance, analyzing consumer data, developing analytical models and strategies, and partnering with Marketing, Sales, Product, and other business teams to improve revenue, profitability, customer outcomes, and product performance. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field, at least three years of analytics experience, and proficiency with SQL, Python or R, Excel, Tableau, and Snowflake or similar technologies. The position offers a base salary of $105,000–$115,000, an annual performance bonus, and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
