Methods is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to lead business analysis work in agile and waterfall digital transformation projects, typically within a multidisciplinary team. The role involves analysing complex user and business needs, mapping processes, translating needs into system requirements, managing requirements and stakeholder relationships, writing user stories, and mentoring other analysts. It is home-based with client-site work and includes support for Methods’ Business Analysis Service and Community of Practice. The position requires extensive business analysis experience, stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with public services and emerging technologies; desirable qualifications include Lean, systems thinking, TOGAF, JIRA, APIs, data modelling, and housing management systems.
