Description

ResMed's Global Technology Solutions (GTS) division seeks a Direct to Consumer (DTC) Senior Business Analyst to join their enterprise application team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining IT applications for DTC, eCommerce, and retail business functionalities. This role involves defining technical specifications, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring efficient system implementation and maintenance.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 8 years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Good knowledge of direct to consumer, eCommerce and Retail processes.
Good knowledge of B2C eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or SAP Hybris
Exposure to ERP (Oracle) and CRM (SFDC) systems.
Experience integrating the end-to-end Direct to Consumer journey, from lead generation to post-sales support.
Customer focused with the ability to prioritize workload
Proactive and responsive, able to ask the right questions and raise flags at the right time

Ability to use own initiative and willingness to learn
