Software Mind is hiring a Business Analyst to own the end-to-end requirements process for a white-label B2B e-commerce platform built on Shopify Plus and a .NET 8 microservices backend. The role translates complex business needs into structured, developer-ready requirements, facilitates stakeholder workshops, maintains traceability across Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint, identifies integration and migration dependencies, supports phase-boundary decisions, and helps define acceptance criteria for services and integrations. The position requires at least three years of business analysis experience, familiarity with brownfield or platform modernisation projects, and strong analytical and communication skills.
