UiPath is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to lead complex, cross-functional automation initiatives for banking and financial services customers. The role identifies high-value automation opportunities, develops business cases, analyzes processes, shapes solution architecture, leads stakeholder workshops, manages requirements and delivery risks, supports Agile delivery, and drives change adoption. Candidates need at least 8 years of experience in business process analysis, operations consulting, or automation; banking and financial services experience; enterprise application experience; a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field; and strong English communication skills. UiPath and Agentic technology knowledge, UiPath Business Analyst certification, Agile and JIRA experience, and change management experience are preferred. The role may be hybrid, office-based, or remote depending on the team.
