Capco Poland is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to provide consulting expertise for large-scale Cards transformation initiatives in the banking sector. The role involves defining business priorities, analysing capabilities and operating models, facilitating stakeholder workshops, assessing change impacts, and supporting solution design and transformation planning. Candidates need proven experience delivering Cards and Payments transformation initiatives, strong knowledge of card issuing, acquiring, authorisation, clearing, settlement, and transaction processing, and experience with enterprise Cards platforms.
