Ciklum is hiring a full-time Senior Business Analyst in Ukraine to lead end-to-end business analysis for a next-generation fintech platform focused on digital banking, payments, transaction processing, and global payment capabilities. The role owns requirements, product backlog, process and technical modelling, BA frameworks, stakeholder collaboration, Agile facilitation, and payment-related feature definition. Candidates must have financial-industry experience specializing in digital banking and payment systems, deep payment integrations and transaction-lifecycle knowledge, compliance expertise, and familiarity with at least one US or EU payment ecosystem.
