Description
The employer is building a new line of business for development banks and is hiring a senior Business Analyst to analyze and simplify development-bank processes, design digital solutions, translate requirements into business concepts and process models, conduct customer workshops, and support implementation through testing and go-live. The role requires several years of experience in development-bank or state-development-institute environments, familiarity with development loans and related processes, and excellent German language skills; knowledge of OSPlus, Jira, Confluence, BPMN, or agile working models is preferred.
