Chief is hiring a Business Analyst in Stockholm to support clients’ digitalization initiatives by translating business needs into requirements, analyzing and improving processes, documenting requirements, and coordinating with business, development, testing, and product teams. The role requires relevant university education or equivalent experience, at least five years of Business Analyst or Requirements Lead experience in IT or digitalization, requirements analysis and process modeling, familiarity with Jira, Confluence, UML, or BPMN, agile experience, and fluency in Swedish and English.
