Bluelight is hiring a Business Analyst to translate business problems into clear, buildable requirements for client builds, maintenance engagements, and internal products. The role leads stakeholder discovery, documents processes and business rules, breaks scope into Jira epics and stories, supports estimation and backlog grooming, collaborates with product, design, engineering, QA, and clients, and ensures compliance and security requirements are captured. Candidates need at least three years of experience in a business or product analyst role, strong agile requirements-writing and process-mapping skills, Jira experience, and the ability to communicate with technical and client stakeholders.
