MTA is hiring a Senior Business Analyst Lead to lead the upgrade from Kronos Workforce Central to UKG Pro Workforce Management. The role consolidates five WFC instances into a single WFM instance, manages integrations with PeopleSoft HRMS and other legacy systems, develops test scripts, validates configurations and payroll rules, coordinates with the program manager and system integrator, and leads a team of analysts. The position is based in New York, is remote with required onsite work, and reports to the MTA Kronos Program Manager.
