Description
Bluelight is hiring a Business Analyst to translate business problems into clear, buildable requirements for client builds, maintenance engagements, and internal products. The role leads stakeholder discovery, documents processes and business rules, breaks scope into Jira epics and stories, supports estimation and backlog grooming, collaborates with product, design, engineering, QA, and clients, and ensures compliance and security requirements are captured. The position requires at least three years of experience in a business analysis or similar software role, strong agile and requirements-writing experience, process and data modeling skills, Jira familiarity, and the ability to communicate with U.S. stakeholders.
