The role leads stakeholder discovery, documents processes and business rules, breaks scope into Jira epics and stories, supports estimation and backlog grooming, collaborates with product, design, engineering, QA, and clients, and ensures compliance and security requirements are captured. The position requires at least three years of experience in a software business analysis or similar role, along with agile user-story writing, process mapping, data modeling, Jira, Figma, and English communication skills.
