The position combines business analysis and Agile Scrum leadership, including translating product strategy into user stories, managing Jira backlogs, conducting testing and validation, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and coordinating with customers, developers, and project management. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field or six years of equivalent experience, at least five years of business analysis experience, at least two years of Scrum Master experience, and an active Secret clearance. The full-time W2 position pays $85,000–$120,000 annually.
