Description
Nüvitek is hiring a Senior Business Analyst, ServiceNow to work 100% on-site in Chantilly, Virginia. The role partners with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and product owners to gather and document requirements, translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, support ServiceNow configuration and enhancements, conduct gap analyses, and assist with solution design, demos, UAT, backlog management, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of business analysis experience in complex enterprise implementations, strong ServiceNow knowledge, scripting and data-modeling familiarity, and an active Top Secret clearance; federal IT compliance familiarity and ITIL 4 Foundation certification are preferred or required.
