CACI is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to support the Department of the Air Force Enterprise IT as a Service program, with a primary focus on hardware and software asset management solutions using ServiceNow. The role requires extensive business analysis experience, strong Agile delivery skills, and hands-on expertise with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, and SAM Pro. The analyst will work across stakeholders and technical teams to elicit requirements, create epics/features/user stories, support UAT and training, and improve workflows, integrations, and IT service delivery.
