AAA Washington is hiring a Senior Business & Technology Transformation Advisor to partner with business and technology stakeholders, assess current-state capabilities, define future-state operating needs, evaluate solution options, and develop prioritized roadmaps for organizational and technology change. The role leads discovery workshops, capability assessments, process and workflow analysis, solution trade-off evaluations, and stakeholder decision support, while shaping initiatives without direct project management or delivery execution responsibility. It requires at least seven years of relevant experience, enterprise-systems exposure, and strong facilitation and stakeholder-engagement skills; hybrid work from home and the corporate office in Bellevue, Washington is required.
