The hiring organization is seeking a German- and English-speaking Senior Business Consultant specializing in Consumer Goods/FMCG to lead commercial strategy, business process design, and digital enablement for global consumer goods clients. The role focuses on Retail Execution and Trade Promotion Management, especially Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, translating commercial field operations and trade spend requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process designs, training, change-management plans, and adoption initiatives. Responsibilities include discovery workshops, SOP design, master-data governance, stakeholder advisory, solution validation, UAT, and pre-sales support. The position requires at least five years of FMCG/CPG consulting or functional experience, hands-on REX/TPM implementation experience, knowledge of retail execution and trade-spend mechanics, process modeling, gap analysis, agile delivery, and professional fluency in German and English.
