Soni is hiring a senior business development professional to own outbound client acquisition, build a book of business, grow existing staffing accounts, and represent the company as a market consultant. The role requires 4–10 years of hunter experience, a proven quota record, consultative selling and market-intelligence skills, and strong communication; a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred. Compensation is base salary plus commission and high-performance bonus, with on-target earnings of $160,000–$210,000 annually, plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
