The role combines strategic growth work with hands-on execution, including building delivery plans, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, driving synergy and value-creation initiatives, establishing governance, supporting change management, preparing senior-management materials, and developing integration playbooks. Candidates should have 4–6+ years of experience in in-house consulting, corporate strategy, M&A integration, transformation, business operations, or strategy consulting, along with strong project management, stakeholder management, executive communication, analytical, and structured problem-solving skills.
