Playground Global is hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to identify and build internal tools for investing, fundraising, and finance, using modern AI tooling. The role focuses on stakeholder discovery, prioritized roadmaps, secure and scalable software delivery, portfolio and LP dashboards, CRM and data workflows, deal-pipeline analytics, and network-sourcing intelligence. It requires at least four years of software or product-building experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, strong communication, and a software-engineering foundation. The position is based in Palo Alto, California, with a hybrid arrangement requiring at least three days per week in the office, and pays $150,000 to $175,000 annually.
