Description
Enova is hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions and analytic applications for Finance, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and other business units. The role owns the full project lifecycle, partners with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable BI solutions, and advances AI use cases across the data development workflow. Responsibilities include SQL and Python reporting, ETL/ELT pipeline architecture, Snowflake data warehouse development, dashboard and report creation, and data mart and data warehouse optimization. The position offers a hybrid schedule with in-office work Tuesday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays, along with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
