TheFork is hiring a Business Analyst for its Quality, Compliance & Fraud team to lead analytical and operational improvement projects, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, redesign inefficient processes, translate data and AI insights into actionable solutions, and build KPIs, dashboards, and monitoring frameworks. The role requires a quantitative degree, 3–5 years of relevant experience, English and Spanish fluency, SQL knowledge, strong problem-solving and project-ownership skills, and familiarity with AI; coding experience is a plus.
