rePurpose Global is hiring a Senior Business Operations Associate for its Finance and Business Operations team to own customer footprint operations, billing and contract renewal workflows, data validation, customer follow-ups, and operational visibility. The role will build and improve repeatable processes, clarify ownership and SLAs, improve data quality, and identify opportunities to automate manual work across Customer Success and Finance. It requires 3–5 years of relevant business operations experience, strong organizational and analytical skills, process-building ability, and proactive stakeholder communication. The position is based in Bangalore, India, with a stated compensation range of INR 14 LPA to INR 18 LPA plus equity and health insurance benefits.
