Description
The Business Process & Data Analyst will support U.S. Customs and Border Protection asset management initiatives by working with federal stakeholders to understand operational needs, document processes, analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and develop recommendations for reporting, automation, data integration, and technology modernization. The role also involves preparing briefings and reports, coordinating project activities, supporting data governance, and communicating with business and technical teams.
