Description
Ensono is hiring a Senior Business Process Manager to lead continual improvement, process reengineering, digital and automation solutions, and change management. The role analyzes and maps business processes, identifies inefficiencies, develops optimized workflows, reduces toil, engages stakeholders, delivers training, measures performance, and supports adoption of new processes and technologies. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or engineering, LEAN or Six Sigma certification, at least 8 years of experience, and proficiency with analytical tools and Microsoft Office. It is based in Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, or Hyderabad and runs from 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
