Zantech is hiring a Senior Business Subject Matter Expert for a hybrid role based in downtown Washington DC to support CBP's Senior Executive Service recruitment and staffing programs. The role provides HRM specialist support, prepares Executive Core Qualification templates and related SES award and slot justifications, conducts mock interviews, coaches applicants on CCAR narratives and virtual presentation skills, and provides technical support. It requires eight years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, expert knowledge of SES ECQs and the OPM QRB process, strong analytical and communication skills, and a Single-Scope Background Investigation clearance.
