The role focuses on AI integrations, chat interfaces, complex API integrations, and UI design for B2B/ERP systems. Responsibilities include translating business needs into technical requirements, writing functional specifications, collaborating with developers and QA engineers, performing acceptance testing, troubleshooting customer issues, and managing product backlog feedback.
