Intuitive Surgical is hiring a Senior Business System Analyst to serve as a Workday Systems Analyst/Developer. The role provides Tier 2/Tier 3 support, configuration, interface development, functional enhancements, testing, business-process analysis, and guidance to team members across Workday HCM and integrations. It requires at least eight years of Workday experience, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
