PNC is hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst for its Retail Technology organization in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania or Strongsville, Ohio. The role partners with business stakeholders and technology teams to gather and manage requirements, analyze systems and processes, design and implement solutions, lead cross-functional projects, analyze data and reporting, support change adoption, and drive continuous improvement and enterprise transformation. The position is in-office, requires a bachelor's degree or comparable qualifications and typically 2+ years of relevant experience, and does not offer employment visa sponsorship or STEM OPT participation.
