As a Senior Business Systems Analyst within PNC's Digital Identity organization, you will lead by example, mentor junior team members, and apply business analysis best practices and Agile methodologies. You'll break down project intents into detailed business scenarios, identify MVPs, define features, scope efforts, and translate business language into explicit system requirements. The role involves extensive stakeholder communication, coordinating business/IT partnerships, and driving change management initiatives. You'll utilize Atlassian products like Confluence and Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office Suite, Postman, and Dynatrace.
