The role covers requirements analysis, process design, Salesforce configuration, solution delivery, testing, reporting, integrations, and user experience improvements across sales, territory management, field inventory, and connected enterprise systems. It requires a bachelor's degree and 7+ years of business systems analysis experience with cloud-based CRM platforms, with on-site work and 5–10% business travel. The annual base salary range is $132,000–$200,000, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
