Jackson Family Wines is hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst for its Sales Enablement Technology team in Santa Rosa, California. The role leads analysis, configuration, testing, delivery, support, and improvement of point-of-sale and ecommerce systems, translating business processes into technology solutions and managing cross-functional projects, vendors, requirements, documentation, integrations, and application quality. It requires a bachelor's degree plus five years of relevant experience or equivalent experience, advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills, SDLC and Agile/Scrum or waterfall methodology experience, SQL and relational database proficiency, familiarity with modern POS platforms, APIs, cloud platforms, and containerization, plus approximately 20% local travel and a valid driver's license.
