Justworks is hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst for its People Systems team to support Workday functional areas, review and implement system upgrades, translate business requirements into technical solutions, resolve process issues, improve workflows through automation, manage data audits and quality, train users, and lead AI transformation initiatives. The role requires at least five years of experience in business systems analysis or a similar technical role with hands-on Workday configuration experience, along with HR systems knowledge and strong communication and problem-solving skills. The position is based in the New York City office and is hybrid, with a targeted base salary of $136,500 to $165,000 per year.
