Description
TAT Technologies is hiring a Senior Buyer at its Tulsa aerospace manufacturing site to strategically manage assigned commodities, suppliers, and critical production materials. The role owns end-to-end procurement, including sourcing, supplier selection, negotiations, purchase orders, material planning, risk mitigation, inventory exposure, supplier recovery, performance improvement, and cross-functional communication with Operations, Planning/SIOP, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and leadership. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience, at least 10 years of purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing experience in manufacturing, strong supplier negotiation and material recovery expertise, ERP/MRP knowledge, analytical ability, and experience with complex suppliers; aerospace, aviation, defense, or regulated manufacturing experience is preferred.
