Description
Metrea is hiring a Procurement Manager to report to the Procurement Manager and manage end-to-end procurement across UK and EU operations. The role covers tactical purchasing, purchase orders and contracts, supplier coordination, commercial negotiations, KPI and compliance monitoring, cost savings, stakeholder support, and ESG initiatives. It requires 3–5 years of procurement experience, aerospace or defence experience, strong negotiation and analytical skills, ERP familiarity, and knowledge of Incoterms and import/export requirements. The position is full-time, hybrid in Hammersmith with three days per week onsite, and includes private medical insurance and other benefits.
