Linchpin Solutions Inc. is seeking a Senior C2 Instructor to serve as a MISTC Site Lead. This role involves overseeing daily site operations, personnel, and instructional execution at a Marine Corps Information Systems Training Center (MISTC). The instructor will ensure effective delivery of C2 training aligned with Marine Corps TECOM mission, manage the annual Training Exercise and Employment Plan (TEEP), oversee instructor manning and certification, and synchronize training resources. The position requires an active DoD Secret Clearance, full-time on-site work with limited travel, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with expertise in Marine Corps Command and Control (C2) systems and instructional frameworks.
