Modvion is hiring a Strength Analyst to join its product development team and perform strength analysis on wooden wind turbine towers. The role involves applying loads from wind turbine OEMs, developing novel structural-analysis methods, and collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, installation, and cross-functional teams. The position requires an MSc in a relevant engineering or physics field, at least 10 years of finite-element analysis experience, fatigue-assessment knowledge, ANSYS experience, and familiarity with scientific literature. It is based at Modvion’s office and R&D factory in Gothenburg, with most work done in person and flexible home-working options.
