Description
The Senior Capital Project Engineer will plan, design, estimate, oversee construction and maintenance, analyze engineering problems, coordinate staffing and commissioning plans, lead equipment specification and procurement, manage multimillion-dollar budgets, and ensure food-safety compliance. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field, at least four years of related work experience, and preferably experience with large capital projects or food manufacturing. The position is based in Ottumwa, Iowa, requires full-time on-site work, and offers relocation assistance and an incentive bonus.
