Senior Capture Executive at Michael Baker International

The Sr. Capture Executive leads capture performance and delivery across an assigned region and market or practice, supervising Capture Managers and/or Capture Executives. The role manages complex, high-value, high-risk, or strategically important pursuits; allocates work; coaches staff; advises senior leaders on opportunity priorities, investment, positioning, teaming, resources, and risk; and coordinates capture-to-proposal transitions. It is a remote position for candidates residing on the East Coast, with a base compensation range of $225,000 to $280,000 and bonus eligibility.
