AECOM is hiring a Senior Capture Manager to lead strategic growth in its Transportation business by securing major $20–$100 million pursuits. The role develops capture and client-positioning strategies, leads complex multi-disciplinary and multi-locational pursuit teams, coordinates proposal and marketing activities, mentors regional capture professionals, and ensures compliance and sales performance. It reports to the Strategy & Growth Director for Transportation, is hybrid with travel required, and requires significant pursuit-capture experience, strong leadership, business-development strategy, client discovery, and stakeholder-communication skills.
