The role focuses on identifying, shaping, and winning strategic opportunities by coordinating capture plans, customer engagement, proposal support, pricing, and teaming with engineering, product, finance, and executive stakeholders. Candidates need a strong federal market understanding, technical communication skills, and substantial experience in capture, business development, sales, program management, or engineering.
