Description
Tabby is hiring an experienced Portfolio Growth Manager to own the growth and compliance of its card program end to end. The role leads portfolio growth strategy, manages card-scheme relationships and reporting, drives issuance, activation, usage, pricing, incentives and partnerships, and ensures ongoing compliance with scheme rules and regulatory requirements. It also coordinates audits, certifications, filings, performance reporting, and cross-functional work with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Product, Engineering, Marketing and external scheme partners. The position requires 3–4 years of banking or fintech experience, card-program or scheme-management knowledge, analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and English and Arabic communication.
