Cogna is hiring a Senior Analyst in Training & Development to strengthen and advance leadership programs and employee-development solutions. The role involves designing and delivering training, managing in-person and distance-learning programs, identifying development needs, applying mentoring and coaching methodologies, analyzing T&D indicators, improving programs, and managing resources and budgets. The position requires solid training-and-development experience, leadership-program experience, and experience with IDPs, development pathways, or leadership academies; it is based in São Paulo, Brazil, with a hybrid model requiring three days per week in the office.
