The Senior Case Manager leads and supports shelter case management services, focusing on maximizing resident safety, connecting them to essential services, and providing ongoing support. This role involves supervising and mentoring Case Managers, conducting comprehensive client assessments, developing care plans, evaluating risks, and ensuring program compliance. The Senior Case Manager also interprets regulations, provides counseling, and continuously improves service delivery and documentation.
