Description
Westhab is hiring a Senior Case Manager in New York City to supervise a case management team serving participants in a men’s homeless shelter. The role manages intake and assessments, develops and monitors service plans, documents cases, supervises staff, coordinates with community providers, and provides crisis intervention and stabilization. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, fluency in Spanish is highly desirable, and experience with assessment, direct practice, counseling, supervision, community outreach, group leadership, program development, MS Word, Excel, database management, CARES, and DHS protocols is preferred. The position may require some evening and occasional weekend work.
