Description
The Senior Caseworker provides in-home and community strengths-based supervision to clients and families across multiple locations, including daily face-to-face attempts, on-call responsibilities, treatment planning, assessments, advocacy, transportation, crisis and trauma counseling, and community-partner collaboration. The role reports to the Caseworker Supervisor, requires a bachelor’s degree, a valid driver’s license and registered vehicle, and 1–4 years of experience in human services, healthcare, or nonprofit agencies; bilingual Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole is preferred. The salary range is $47,000–$57,000.
